Property for Sale 30 Minutes from Nice Airport

The French Riviera is one of the main, if not the main overseas property hotspot on the planet for people looking for a unique second home or family holiday villa. Why France, Why the French Riviera? Because the properties for sale on the Cote d’Azur are second to none, the climate is fantastic, there is political security in the region, and there is a refined culture not matched anywhere where the sun shines. Nice is the capital of the French Riviera and is home to the airport that services the whole of the French Riviera, and often a good part of the south of France. Nice Cote d’Azur is an award-winning international airport and it not only serves a large amount of regional and international airports, but also offers fantastic access to the surrounding French Riviera, with the A8 arriving almost directly at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

Philip Weiser is an authority on the real estate market on the French Riviera working as Head Property Broker for Carlton International, and we set-up an interview with Philip to find out which villages, or areas on the French Riviera would be the best to buy property 30 minutes from Nice Cote d’Azur Airport. If you need good access to an airport from your holiday villa, or even need to get back to London, Paris, Berlin or other capital cities on business with ease, and are looking to buy a second home on the French Riviera, this article is a must-read-must-share resource/insight. Thank you to Philip and his 50 years experience selling property on the Cote d’Azur.

NEW Cross Border Succession Regulations

Written by Carlton International Thursday, 27 August 2015 01:12

EuropeFrom the 17th August onwards, new rules are applicable which will make it much easier for people to handle the legal side of an international succession.

With over 450,000 cross border successions taking place in the EU every year, this represents a considerable value estimated at more than EUR 120 billion. They are highly complex in nature as the laws differ considerably from one EU country to another.  The Regulation also creates a European Certificate of Succession to enable heirs, legatees, executors of wills and administrators of the estate to prove their status and exercise their rights or powers in other EU countries. Once issued, the ECS will be recognised in all EU countries without any special procedure being required.
