Last week’s grand opening of the 66th Cannes Film Festival is a sure indicator that summer is almost here.
For although we are sad to report that it traditionally rains through much of the two week festival, the good news is that once the Hollywood stars have gone home again the sun comes out – and stays out until the end of September.
